CEUs are pre-approved by the AR State Board of Physical Therapy for 6.0 contact hours on Sept. 19 and 4.0 contact hours for Sept. 20.

Special Sponsorship Opportunities:
- $2000 Platinum Sponsor - Half the funds will be utilized for a Cash Grand Prize which the Platinum Sponsor will be credited with. They will also receive a full page color ad in the course booklet, a sign acknowledging them as the Platinum sponsor and be listed on the registration site for the attendee. They will also receive an exhibit table with two chairs.
- $1000 Track Sponsor - There are three tracks on Saturday and two on Sunday. Track sponsors will have a sign in one of the meeting rooms acknowledging them as the sponsor for that track. They will receive a half page ad in the course materials and have an exhibit table with two chairs.
- $1250 Student Luncheon Sponsor - The receive a sponsor sign at the student luncheon and are recognized at the luncheon. They are welcome to come and introduce themselves at the luncheon to the students. They will also receive a quarter page ad in the course materials and have an exhibit booth.
- $ 500 Gold Sponsor - They will be listed as Gold Sponsors on both the Sponsor sign and meeting materials plus have an exhibit table and chairs.
- $ 250 Silver Sponsor - They will be listed as Silver Sponsors on both the Sponsor sign and meeting materials.
- $ 125 Bronze Sponsor - They will be listed as Bronze Sponsors on both the Sponsor sign and meeting materials.
- $ 250 Exhibitor - You will receive a skirted table and two chairs.

Policy on Cancellation and Refunds -
The ArPTA understands that emergencies happen and that plans change, therefore we have created policies to deal with requests for refunds on courses.
Refunds can be requested prior to attending a course sponsored by Rehab Net, however if you have attended the course and received your CEUs no refund will be given.
Full refund will be provided if you cancel the course at least 10 business days before the course for any reason. Full refunds can be obtained up to 5 business days before a course if an emergency has occurred. After these deadlines you will only receive a 50% refund.

Rehab Net is BOC approved. to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers. This program has been approved for a maximum of TBD (after agenda is complete) of Category A continuing education. Certified Athletic Trainers are responsible for claiming only those hours actually spent participating in the CE activity.
